Attention Seniors, class of 2026:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

If you are requesting a letter of recommendation, your\u00a0profile packet MUST be submitted to your counselor by the following dates:<\/p>\n

Class of 2026, Letter of Recommendation Information in more detail:<\/p>\n

If you are applying to a\u00a0private university that requires\u00a0a letter of recommendation from a counselor and \/or teacher, you must do the following important steps:<\/p>\n

1. Complete Profile Packet*** (in the above link) and submit to counselor by deadline.<\/p>\n

2.\u00a0\u00a0The profile packet is due to your counselor on:<\/p>\n

Monday – September 8, 2025\u00a0 \u00a0| \u00a0 \u00a0College applications with a deadline in October, November, or December<\/p>\n

Monday – September 15, 2025\u00a0 \u00a0| \u00a0 \u00a0College applications with a deadline of January 1st or later<\/p>\n

Ordering Transcripts for Common Application<\/h2>\n

If you are applying to a private university using the Common Application, you must order your transcripts through Parchment.<\/p>\n

If you believe you might qualify for a transcript fee waiver,\u00a0<\/b>please speak to your counselor before ordering any transcripts.<\/b><\/p>\n

Please follow the instructions below to complete this task:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Create an account at\u00a0www.commonapp.org<\/a>\u00a0and note your Common App ID. You will need it to make sure your transcript gets to the right place.<\/li>\n
  2. Use the School Forms section of the Common App Online to invite your counselor to be a recommender. Doing this will trigger an email message to your counselor providing instructions on how to submit school forms online. Confirm with your counselor that he or she intends to submit school forms online.<\/li>\n
  3. Log into your Parchment account (www.parchment.com<\/a>) and select the Common App tab.<\/li>\n
  4. Provide your Common App ID – when prompted, confirm that the Common App ID and information (i.e. your name, colleges applied to, counselor name) are correct.<\/li>\n
  5. Your transcript will be sent directly to the Common App Online system where it will be matched by your counselor with your school forms and submitted on your behalf.<\/li>\n
  6. Once you have submitted your transcript to the Common App, your transcript is ready for submission to ALL of your Common App colleges. You do not need to submit one for each “C” college.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Grades 9th-11th:<\/h2>\n

    Summer\u00a0Program\/Internship Application Requiring a Letter of Recommendation:<\/strong><\/p>\n

    Complete this\u00a0profile packet<\/a>\u00a0and submit all\u00a0required documents at least one month (4 weeks)<\/strong>\u00a0prior to the application deadline.<\/p>\n
