Ardenwood Highlights & Happenings<\/span><\/p>

ARDENWOOD SCHOOL SPIRIT DAY –\u00a0<\/span>Dragons will be wearing green this\u00a0<\/span>Monday, March 18th<\/span>\u00a0for a post-St. Patrick\u2019s Day celebration!<\/span><\/p>

REPORT CARDS: \u00a0<\/span>\u00a0Second Trimester report cards will be\u00a0<\/span>posted in Illuminate<\/span><\/a>\u00a0<\/span>on March 22. \u00a0If you have questions, please reach out to your child\u2019s teacher or our school office. \u00a0Thank you for your patience and understanding!<\/span><\/p>

RAMADAN – \u00a0<\/span>Ardenwood PTA and school team are providing a space for students who are fasting during Ramadan. \u00a0Dragons may go to<\/span>\u00a0room 33\u00a0<\/span>during lunch to play games, enjoy craft activities and more. \u00a0\u00a0<\/span>The space will be available throughout the month of Ramadan. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>

PI DAY –\u00a0<\/span>Congratulations to our top three winners from Pi Day\u2013Daniel C. with 593 digits (room 36), Amogh D. with 506 digits (room 34) and Anika M. with 408 digits (room 28)! \u00a0We were also honored to have guest counters, Diana Ramirez from FUSD-Assessment & Accountability and Sergio Martinez from Calculus Round Table!<\/span><\/p>

STUDENT COUNCIL –\u00a0<\/span>Surf Conference:<\/span>\u00a0 We are so excited that Ardenwood Student Council Officers will be attending this event on\u00a0<\/span>Monday, March 18th<\/span>. \u00a0The SURF Conference is focused on team building and leadership skills. \u00a0<\/span>Book Sale: \u00a0<\/span>Student Council\u2019s book sale will be held this week,\u00a0<\/span>March 18th – 22nd<\/span>\u00a0before and after school. \u00a0Stop by, browse and pick up some books\u2013you can find us right out in front of the school!<\/span><\/p>

ARDENWOOD SCHOOL CONCERT –\u00a0<\/span>We are excited for the upcoming Annual Ardenwood Music Concert. \u00a0This event will be held on the evening of\u00a0<\/span>Tuesday, March 26th at 7 pm<\/span>\u00a0in our MPR. \u00a0Join us to enjoy some really wonderful music\u2013a reminder, this event is primarily for parents and guardians of the students who are performing. \u00a0Our students will enjoy a rehearsal performance earlier the same day. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>

Open House –<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>The Ardenwood PTA is already starting to plan ahead for the 2024-25 school year. Whether it’s social events, enrichment programs, or campus improvements, we’d love to hear feedback on what you’d like to see the PTA support next year. \u00a0If you’re interested in being involved, we have plenty of opportunities to fit your needs, even if your time is limited. \u00a0Find us at the PTA table during Open House on April 16!<\/span><\/p>

Mark Your Calendars: Spring Festival is Coming to Ardenwood –\u00a0<\/span>Save the date! \u00a0Our PTA is thrilled to announce that our Spring Festival is blooming into Ardenwood on\u00a0<\/span>Friday, April 26th, from 5-7pm<\/span>.<\/span>\u00a0Thanks to the incredible generosity of an Ardenwood parent and their supportive employer, we will be hosting an evening of fun, food, and treats for all our students and families.
