It\u2019s beginning to feel a bit more like autumn\u2013a few more cloudy days, a bit of rain and a chill in the air.\u00a0Dragons are looking forward to Walk and Roll to School, the Diwali Festival, our Great Shakeout Drill, the Costume Parade and our Annual Ardenwood Harvest Festival\u2013it\u2019s definitely going to be a busy month!\u00a0Our TK\/K students in room 38 will be participating in the Special Olympics on Tuesday, October 21st\u2013Go Dragons!\u00a0 And finally, we are super excited to have our new school secretary on board\u2013welcome Crystal Nevarez!\u00a0\u00a0<\/div>\n

\nDoctor\u2019s Appointments:\u00a0<\/strong>Scheduling students\u2019 doctors appointments after school or on non-school days is recommended.\u00a0This minimizes the impact on your Dragon\u2019s time away from school and limits missed instruction.\u00a0If you need to pick up early for an appointment, please schedule at \u201cnon-recess or non-lunch\u201d times as it may take a while to locate your student on the playground or in the dining area.\u00a0Thank you for your attention to this matter and please reach out with any questions or feedback.\u00a0\u00a0<\/div>\n

Thank you for using our drive through loops for drop offs and pick ups.\u00a0If you are escorting your student to campus, please say your goodbyes at the perimeter of the campus (unless you are volunteering).\u00a0Dismissal is structured to support families in easily and efficiently reconnecting with their students at the end of the school day.\u00a0For your reference, here<\/a> is the school map which outlines the suggested pickup locations by grade level.\u00a0<\/div>\n
