{"id":159,"date":"2023-02-10T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2023-02-10T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/fusd.dev.apppresser.com\/brookvale\/2023\/02\/10\/6th-grade-student-to-do-list-for-7th-grade-at-thornton\/"},"modified":"2024-02-13T12:27:35","modified_gmt":"2024-02-13T20:27:35","slug":"6th-grade-student-to-do-list-for-7th-grade-at-thornton","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/fremontunified.org\/brookvale\/uncategorized\/6th-grade-student-to-do-list-for-7th-grade-at-thornton\/","title":{"rendered":"6th GRADE STUDENT TO DO LIST for 7th Grade at Thornton:"},"content":{"rendered":"\n\n\t<p>Hello Parents of Brookvale 6th Graders,<\/p>\n<p>Please find information regarding your child&#8217;s transition to Thornton Junior High School (Middle School) below.\u00a0 We also have a\u00a0 &#8220;button&#8221; on our Brookvale website titled MIDDLE SCHOOL that you may wish to explore.<\/p>\n<p>6<sup>th<\/sup> GRADE STUDENT TO DO LIST for 7<sup>th<\/sup> Grade at Thornton:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Please ensure you have turned in your <em>Residency\/Reservation form for Continuing Students for the 2023-2024 School Year<\/em> to the Brookvale School Office before the due date of <strong>February 24, 2023<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>If you have moved and cannot provide residency proof that matches your address on file in our student system, please contact our school secretary or visit the FUSD website and click on enrollment to complete a <a href=\"https:\/\/fremontunified.org\/about\/instructional-services\/student-support-services\/change-of-residency\/\">CHANGE OF RESIDENCY now<\/a><\/li>\n<li>7<sup>th<\/sup> Grade Advancement Immunization Requirements:\u00a0 1) Tdap (Whooping Cough) received after 7<sup>th<\/sup> birthday; 2<sup>nd<\/sup> Varicella (Chicken Pox).\u00a0 Please bring your child&#8217;s proof of immunizations to Brookvale by <strong>May 26, 2023<\/strong> or schedule an appointment for your child to receive the required immunization(s), if you have not already done so.\u00a0 After this date, you will be required to wait until Thornton reopens in August 2023 to provide proof.
