These employees &#8211; including custodians; library media technicians; Transportation staff; paraeducators; office administrative staff; Child Nutrition Services professionals; the Facilities and Construction team; Technology staff; classified managers; staff in Maintenance, Operations and Grounds; and many other important positions &#8211; are dedicated, highly skilled, and vital to the success of our students.<\/p>\r\n<p>The Board celebrated the following Classified Employees of the Year at this week&#8217;s meeting: <strong>Stephanie Cabral<\/strong>, Special Education Paraeducator 2, Chadbourne Elementary School; <strong>Margaret &#8220;Anne&#8221; Damron<\/strong>, School Secretary, Oliveira Elementary; <strong>Chris Gonzales<\/strong>, Custodian 1, Maloney Elementary School; <strong>Sonja Loob<\/strong>, School Registrar, Hopkins Middle School; <strong>Teng Sam<\/strong>, Lead IT Support Specialist, Kennedy High School; <strong>Geeta Srinivas<\/strong>, Special Education Paraeducator 1, Parkmont Elementary School. Congratulations to all!<\/p>\r\n<p><strong>Mrs. Damron was selected as a 2024 Alameda County Classified Employee of the Year<\/strong> in the Clerical and Administrative Services category!
