EARLY RELEASE DAY SCHEDULE:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>

Thank you for being on time to pick up your child!<\/span><\/p>

5TH GRADE FAREWELL CEREMONY<\/strong><\/span><\/p>

Parents are invited to the 5th grade Red Carpet Farewell Ceremony! \u00a0<\/span><\/p>

When: \u00a0Friday, May 30, 2025<\/span><\/p>

Time: \u00a08:45 am SHARP!<\/span><\/p>

The ceremony will be held in front of the school. \u00a0This event will be standing room only. \u00a0Parents can watch from the parking lot while students walk the red carpet. \u00a0The ceremony will begin promptly at 8:45 AM and will conclude by 9:30 AM.<\/span><\/p>

After the ceremony, parents may sign their students out early for the day. \u00a0For students who will NOT be leaving school early, they will return to their class and be dismissed at 1:15 PM.<\/span><\/p>

*Please be sure your child is ON TIME (by 8:10 AM) as the ceremony begins promptly at 8:45 AM. \u00a0Students will not have access to changing rooms and must arrive dressed and ready to walk.<\/span><\/p>

<\/span><\/p>

MEDICATION PICK UP<\/strong><\/span><\/p>

If your student has required medication or health services at school this year,\u00a0ALL\u00a0medication and medical supplies must be picked up from the school office on\u00a0<\/span>Friday, May 30th at 3pm<\/b>.\u00a0<\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

Medications must be picked up by a parent or guardian\u00a0unless your student is authorized (current contract on file) to self-carry his\/her medication.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

NOTE:\u00a0Medication not picked up will be properly disposed of.<\/span><\/p>

If your student is attending summer school, the medication (to include the Doctor\u2019s order) must be picked up on\u00a0<\/span>Friday, May 30th at 3pm.<\/b>\u00a0<\/b>\u00a0 \u00a0<\/span><\/p>

Medication(s) need to be taken to the summer school site on the first day of summer school by the parent or guardian.\u00a0 Please make sure that the medication doesn\u2019t expire prior to <\/span>July 11, 2025<\/b>.\u00a0On the last day of summer school, students’ medication must be picked up by the parent from the summer school site.<\/span><\/p>

ARE YOU MOVING?<\/strong><\/span><\/p>

If you move to another Fremont neighborhood, please complete the online\u00a0<\/span>Change of Residency<\/span><\/a>\u00a0(COR) form and take it to the Student Support Services department at the FUSD District office to ensure your child gets enrolled in their new school (required within 5 days of your move \u00a0BP5111).<\/span><\/p>

If you are moving outside of Fremont, please contact Student Support Services (SSS) so they can update your enrollment. \u00a0You can call SSS at 510-659-2514.<\/span><\/p>

ADVENTURE TIME: \u00a0ON CAMPUS DAYCARE<\/strong><\/span><\/p>

Adventure Time is now enrolling for the 2025-2026 school year. \u00a0They are on the Brookvale campus and offer before school and after school daycare to Brookvale students only. \u00a0To register, please contact them at: \u00a0510-658-7412 or 510-797-5180.<\/span><\/p>

<\/span><\/p>

FIRST DAY OF SCHOOL<\/strong><\/span><\/p>

The first day of school for the 2025-2026 school year is\u00a0<\/span>Tuesday, August 12, 2025<\/span>. \u00a0<\/span>Students who have not attended the first day of school may be transferred to another school effective the second day of school if classrooms at the school of original enrollment are filled. \u00a0 Parents must call in their child\u2019s absence and notify the school that their child is ill. \u00a0Seats will\u00a0<\/span>not<\/span>\u00a0be held for students on extended vacations or other optional activities, whether or not the school is notified.<\/span><\/p>

AERIES PARENT PORTAL<\/span><\/strong><\/p>

In\u00a0<\/span>July 2025<\/span>, parents and guardians of students enrolled for the 2025-2026 school year will receive information to activate their Aeries Parent Portal, and will use the Portal to complete the annual MAZE process, called \u201cParent Data Confirmation\u201d in Aeries.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

MAZE is Fremont Unified School District\u2019s annual data confirmation process in which parents\/guardians:\u00a0<\/span><\/p>
