Welcome to the 2023-2024 school year!<\/p>\n<p>I am so happy and excited to be back as the school counselor for Cabrillo Elementary school for my 5th year. I am at Cabrillo Monday's-Friday's.<\/p>\n<p>As a professional school counselor, I aim to build a safe and welcoming environment for all students. I am an advocate for students and work with the necessary stakeholders in order to foster students' growth and support their academic, career, and social-emotional development.<\/p>\n<p>Through a comprehensive school-counseling program, I strive to create a school environment where students can have the ability to feel empowered, supported, and confident to reach their goals. The following are services I provide:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>One-on-one counseling sessions<\/li>\n<li>Group counseling sessions<\/li>\n<li>Classroom counseling lessons<\/li>\n<li>Open collaboration and communication with parents\/guardians to support student success<\/li>\n<li>Support school personnel<\/li>\n<li>Collaboration and consultations<\/li>\n<li>Crisis counseling<\/li>\n<li>Community resources and referrals<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>I am so thankful to be part of the Cabrillo community.
