Students, the Wellness Center will be closed during 1st, 2nd, and 6th period today.\u00a0<\/strong>

Attention 7th graders!<\/u><\/strong>\u00a0Are you interested in becoming a WEB leader next year? WEB is an orientation program to welcome our new 6th grade students so that they get off to a great start next year. Applications are available in the office, library and in Ms. Denarola, Mr. Benson, and Mrs. Eddings’ classrooms. Applications and projects are due May 3rd.\u00a0<\/strong>
\u00a0<\/u><\/strong>
Attention 8th graders:<\/u><\/strong>\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong>Washington High ASB representatives will be visiting our school on Wednesday at lunch in H-132. \u00a0If you are interested in running as an officer or intern for your fellow Freshmen classmates, you should attend this meeting. \u00a0This is your chance to get involved right from the start. \u00a0High school can be lots of fun, but you will have even more fun if you join in. \u00a0Being an officer is a great opportunity and it looks good on those college applications.<\/strong>

The Perfect Enemy<\/u><\/strong>:\u00a0<\/u><\/strong>A group of kids trapped in a basement. A masked figure. Parents who conduct dangerous experiments on their children. Centerville Theatre presents “The Perfect Enemy,” a play written and directed by Centerville Alum Gabriel Lew. Performances will be on April\u00a0<\/strong>19, 20, 26, 27. Show starts at 7PM. Tickets are $10 and can be purchased \u00a0at lunch outside G101.<\/strong>

Merit Club: \u00a0<\/u><\/strong>meeting today at lunch. \u00a0We need to finish stuffing eggs, so PLEASE come to help! \u00a0Perhaps on Wednesday too. \u00a0It\u2019s a great way to earn those service points.\u00a0<\/strong>

ATTENTION<\/u><\/strong>\u00a0<\/u><\/strong>8TH GRADERS:\u00a0<\/u><\/strong>\u00a0It is a busy time for you. \u00a0First, you should have received your field trip form from your math teacher yesterday or you will get it today. \u00a0Those forms must be completely filled out by your parent. \u00a0Return the completed form and the payment to F106 at lunch time today, tomorrow, Friday OR early next week. \u00a0The last day to sign-up without a late fee and to guarantee your placement on the trip is next Wed., April 17th.<\/strong>

\u00a0The BOOKFAIR is here!<\/u><\/strong>\u00a0 Hours are from 7:30 to 3:30 daily, 2:30 on Wednesday. \u00a0We have a fantastic selection of books including $2 to $5 deals, posters, pens and more. \u00a0We accept, cash, Applepay, Googlepay, credit and debit cards. \u00a0Come on over to the Library and shop the fair!

Homework Help:<\/u><\/strong>\u00a0 \u00a0Want help with your homework with our own CMS teachers? Homework Club meets after school from 2:45-3:45 in H-132. No sign up needed to come. These sessions will be most Tuesdays and Thursdays until mid-April. Check the flyer in the front office for exact dates.<\/strong>\u00a0<\/strong>
\u00a0<\/u><\/strong>
Spring is here! \u00a0This means there will be awesome end of the year activities coming up, better weather, and the restricted list . \u00a0The restricted list is the list of student who will not be eligible to participate in the exciting, upcoming activities. \u00a0How do you get on the restricted list? \u00a0Any student who is:<\/em><\/strong>
    \n
  • Tardy eight or more times<\/em><\/strong><\/li>\n
  • Assigned lunch and\/or after school detention eight or more times<\/em><\/strong><\/li>\n
  • Receives more than three RC referrals<\/em><\/strong><\/li>\n
  • Receives three student discipline referrals to the assistant principal<\/em><\/strong><\/li>\n
  • Any student who is suspended on or off campus for a partial or full day<\/em><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>These students will be placed on the restricted list starting on March 18th through the end of the school year. \u00a0The restricted list students lose the opportunity to participate in one or more upcoming activities. \u00a0The good news is this is progressive and you can earn the privilege to attend the next special event if you are on the restricted list by following the three R\u2019s (be Respectful, be Responsible and be Ready to learn). \u00a0Ms Grimmer or Mr. Bassette can answer any questions you may have.<\/em><\/strong><\/strong>
