Mustangs- Here is your daily bulletin for: \u00a0Monday, May 13, 2024<\/strong>
<\/u><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/u><\/em><\/strong><\/strong><\/em><\/strong><\/em><\/strong>Merit Club meeting\u00a0<\/u><\/strong>today in F-106 at lunch. \u00a0Check the list of names outside of my classroom. \u00a0Students on the list have earned enough points to go on the year end trip. \u00a0If your name is not on the list, I am sorry, but you did not qualify.<\/strong>

Attention 6th and 7th graders, we\u00a0<\/u><\/strong>will soon be having our school election for next year’s officers. \u00a0If interested, attend a short meeting at 11:50 in F-106. \u00a0Applications will be available and the election timeline discussed. \u00a0If you want to be an officer, be sure to not be late.<\/strong>

It is officially May which means the Library needs to begin collecting your Library books to begin inventory. \u00a0PLEASE HELP BY RETURNING ALL YOUR BOOKS BY MAY 17TH!<\/strong>

8th Graders:<\/u><\/strong>\u00a0 Pick up your Permission Slip for the 8th Grade Picnic\/Barbecue in the office. \u00a0 Picnic is May 23rd from 3-4:30 PM. \u00a0Free food, inflatables and games!<\/strong>\u00a0<\/em><\/strong>


Dark Horse Film Festival:<\/u><\/strong>\u00a0Every dark horse has a story to tell. How will you tell yours? The Dark Horse Film Festival celebrates filmmakers with all levels of experience. Films can be stories told through photographs, animation, live action, music videos, documentaries, documentaries\u2026 anything goes. Submissions are due by May 15, 2024. Spring is here! \u00a0This means there will be awesome end of the year activities coming up, better weather, and the restricted list . \u00a0The restricted list is the list of student who will not be eligible to participate in the exciting, upcoming activities. \u00a0How do you get on the restricted list? \u00a0Any student who is:<\/em><\/strong>
    \n
  • Tardy eight or more times<\/em><\/strong><\/li>\n
  • Assigned lunch and\/or after school detention eight or more times<\/em><\/strong><\/li>\n
  • Receives more than three RC referrals<\/em><\/strong><\/li>\n
  • Receives three student discipline referrals to the assistant principal<\/em><\/strong><\/li>\n
  • Any student who is suspended on or off campus for a partial or full day<\/em><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>These students will be placed on the restricted list starting on March 18th through the end of the school year. \u00a0The restricted list students lose the opportunity to participate in one or more upcoming activities. \u00a0The good news is this is progressive and you can earn the privilege to attend the next special event if you are on the restricted list by following the three R\u2019s (be Respectful, be Responsible and be Ready to learn). \u00a0Ms Grimmer or Mr. Bassette can answer any questions you may have.<\/em><\/strong>
