Are you interested in playing sports freshman year at Washington High School? Football Coach, Mr. Sotello will be at Centerville to talk to 8th graders about joining high school sports teams next year. Please sign up for Mr. Renteria&#8217;s flex time Thursday May 1st if you would like to attend.\u00a0<br><br>Don&#8217;t forget the Bookmark contest is still happening. \u00a0There are only 2 participants so far. \u00a0The deadline is today.\u00a0<br><br>Dark Horse Film Festival: Every dark horse has a story to tell. How will you tell yours? The Dark Horse Film Festival celebrates filmmakers with all levels of experience. Films can be stories told through photographs, animation, live action, music videos, documentaries, documentaries\u2026 anything goes. Submissions are due by May 16, 2025. Check out the Submissions Rules and Resources to learn more.<br><br>Students: As the weather gets warmer, please remember the dress code still applies.\u00a0<br>Short shorts are not allowed<br>Shirts must cover the midriff and must have straps<br>Sagging pants are not allowed<br><br>HAVE A GREAT DAY MUSTANGS!<br><br>Students: As a reminder, toy guns, including water guns, are not allowed on campus. Students who bring one to school will receive consequences including getting on the restricted list.<br><br>Students, if you are not planning to get breakfast or lunch, please do not go into the kitchen.
