Halloween Costumes:  <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong> Please make sure your costume follows the dress code on Halloween. This will be strictly enforced. Under no circumstances will masks that cover the entire face and are not COVID protocol, fake gore and\/or blood, or fake weapons be permitted on campus. These rules also apply to the Halloween dance<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\r\n\r\n

YEARBOOK COVER CONTEST<\/span><\/span><\/strong>: We are inviting all Centerville students to enter their drawings in the Yearbook Cover Contest. The visual theme is splatter.<\/span><\/span><\/strong> The winning drawings will be displayed on the front and back cover of the yearbook. Those entries not selected will be displayed as Honorable Mentions<\/em> inside the yearbook. If you're interested, pick up a flier and drawing template from the office or join our Google Classroom using the code <\/span><\/span>6fz5433<\/span><\/span><\/strong>. <\/span><\/span><\/strong>Entries are due by November 18. Please turn them into the school office.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\r\n\r\n

Red Ribbon week<\/span><\/span><\/strong> necklaces continue to be sold in F106 at lunch.  The cost is only $1, and you might even win a prize.  Please support Merit Club by buying a necklace.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\r\n\r\n

 <\/p>\r\n\r\n

Halloween dance<\/span><\/span><\/strong> tickets are available for purchase at lunch at the back of the F wing.  Cost is $5, and you  MUST have a school ID card to buy your ticket.  The dance is next Monday, from 3 to 5pm.  If you have lost your ID card, you may purchase another from the office.  The last day to buy a dance ticket is this Friday, Oct. 28th.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\r\n\r\n

Centerville International Faire<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong> is happening this year.  It is now your turn to participate in a long Centerville tradition.  Sign up using the link found on the website.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\r\n\r\n

October Kindness Month,<\/span><\/span><\/span> kindness club members will be handing out kindness bucks to students who demonstrate kindness to others.  You may spend these at the mustang store on Friday.  <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\r\n\r\n

Enter the library's Great Pumpkin contest!<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong>  Entry forms are available in the library. Decorate a pumpkin shape into your favorite book character. Turn in by Oct 31 to win prizes.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n
