Diablo, and San Ramon Valley school districts. Our programs are safe, supportive, and conveniently located on-site at your school. See the information below under ELO-P for eligibility for funded Y enrollment.<br \/><br \/><br \/><\/b><\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 24pt; color: #3366ff;\"><b>E<\/b><b>xpanded Learning Opportunities Program (ELO-P)<\/b><\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\"><b>ELO-P General Information<\/b><\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">The California Expanded Learning Opportunities Program (ELO-P) provides funding for before school, after school, summer and intersession learning programs for transitional kindergarten through 5th grade in FUSD. All FUSD elementary schools have a community partner program to provide extended day care (before and after school) and enrichment programs for enrolled ELO-P students in a school year.<\/span><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;\"><b><\/b><\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\"><b>Eligibility for Programs<\/b><\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Students who are designated in one or more specific categories (English learners, foster youth, homeless students, migrant students, and students who are free or reduced-price meal eligible under the National School Lunch Program) are eligible for ELO-P.
