{"id":62,"date":"2023-05-08T15:28:13","date_gmt":"2023-05-08T15:28:13","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/fusd.dev.apppresser.com\/gomes\/physical-education-curriculum-guide\/"},"modified":"2024-04-12T12:08:41","modified_gmt":"2024-04-12T19:08:41","slug":"physical-education-curriculum-guide","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/fremontunified.org\/gomes\/students-community\/programs-services\/physical-education-curriculum-guide\/","title":{"rendered":"Physical Education &#8211; Curriculum Guide"},"content":{"rendered":"\n\n\t<p>Welcome to Gomes Physical Education.\u00a0\u00a0To make sure your child&#8217;s activities are safe, please have your child wear\u00a0<strong><em>shoes<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0in which he\/she can run on the grass, track and black top.\u00a0\u00a0Their clothing should be comfortable to match the schedule of sports and the weather.\u00a0\u00a0Dresses or skirts should have shorts under them.\u00a0\u00a0They can bring clothes to change into which would be appropriate to sit in or be upside down in.\u00a0\u00a0When your child is unable to participate in P.E. due to illness or injury please send a\u00a0<strong><em>note<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0for that day.\u00a0\u00a0If your child is unable to participate for longer than a school week you must send a note from a\u00a0<strong><em>doctor.<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0\u00a0If you have questions about the program or the participation of your child, please call Gomes school office, 656-3417. Weather conditions will dictate activities sometimes. Ninety degrees or higher temperatures or spare the air days will mean only walking activities.\u00a0\u00a0Rainy days we go inside the gym.
