Hirsch also has a safety plan, disaster preparedness plan, and a crisis team. The SPC\u00a0conducts periodic fire, lockdown, earthquake, and disaster drills in accordance with EC 32000, 32200, 35294.10, 35294.112 &amp; 51202.<\/p>\n<p>If you have concerns about safety items at Hirsch, or would like a copy of Hirsch's\u00a0safety plan, check our website or contact the Hirsch Office.<\/p>\n<p>Hirsch's\u00a0school site council (SSC) is responsible for developing the school site safety plan\u00a0or for delegating the responsibility to Hirsch's\u00a0safety planning committee. Ed.Code 35294.1. Hirsch's\u00a0safety planning committee shall be composed of the following members:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Principal or Designee<\/li>\n<li>Teacher who is a\u00a0representative of the recognized\u00a0certificated employee organization<\/li>\n<li>One parent\/Guardian whose child attends Hirsch<\/li>\n<li>one classified employee who is a representative of the recognized\u00a0classified employee organization<\/li>\n<li>Other members if desired\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Other members of the school or community may provide valuable insights as\u00a0members of the School Safety Planning Committee.
