It begins with reflecting on success and challenges throughout the year, then identifying the practices we wish to continue and those we can improve upon. In our Board meetings, staff meetings, parent\/guardian groups, School Site Councils, committee meetings and so many other forums, we search for common understanding, and from there we build. Comienza con la reflexi\u00f3n sobre los \u00e9xitos y los retos a lo largo del a\u00f1o, para luego identificar las pr\u00e1cticas que deseamos continuar y las que podemos mejorar. En las reuniones del Consejo, las reuniones del personal, los grupos de padres o tutores legales, los Consejos Escolares, las reuniones de los comit\u00e9s y tantos otros foros, buscamos un entendimiento com\u00fan y a partir de ah\u00ed desarrollamos.
