they are not to be swung around or used in other ways<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>Blacktop: For playing basketball and with the playground balls (i.e. four square) <\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>No kicking the ball on the blacktop<\/li>\n<li>No running on the blacktop<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>Ball Wall: For bouncing playground balls<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Snack Area: For eating snacks<\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>No sharing food<\/li>\n<li>Make sure everyone cleans up their trash and dropped food<\/li>\n<li>Must stay within the yellow lines<\/li>\n<li>If a child is not eating a snack, they should not be in the snack area<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>Playground\/Tanbark Area:<\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>No running in the tanbark<\/li>\n<li>Directions for monkey bars (from the hills towards the school)<\/li>\n<li>No climbing on top of the monkey bars<\/li>\n<li>When waiting for a turn on the monkey bars, stand on the ground<\/li>\n<li>When using the slides, slide on your bottom feet first<\/li>\n<li>One person on the slide at a time<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>General Rules (for all areas)<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Keep all hands and other body parts to yourself<\/li>\n<li>No play or pretend fighting<\/li>\n<li>Wait by the yellow line until yard duty directs the students out to play<\/li>\n<li>Students should not be in an area unless there are yard supervisors\/teachers present<\/li>\n<li>Playground rules apply at all times (recess and at lunch)<\/li>\n<li>Use polite language in all areas of the playground<\/li>\n<li>No students behind the containers or p.e. shed<\/li>\n<li>No digging anywhere<\/li>\n<li>No tennis balls or small rubber balls (superballs)<\/li>\n<li>Put all equipment back when recess is over (i.e. hula hoops, jump ropes, and school balls back on the racks &#8211; classroom balls returned to the classrooms)<\/li>\n<li>Only take classroom equipment from your own classroom<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>Bathrooms Rules:<\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>If you are not using the bathroom, you should not be in there<\/li>\n<li>Keep the bathroom clean and neat &#8211;
