Hello MSJE Families,<\/span>

Sending on behalf of Robert Flahive, orchestra director for the Music at Hopkins elementary program…<\/em><\/span>

If you are not familiar with our program, we offer after school orchestra classes to current 4th and 5th grade students in the Mission San Jose attendance area. Over the years we have had many students begin in our elementary classes and continue on in our ensembles in middle school and beyond. We are excited to be able to offer these classes on the Hopkins campus and are excited to continue to have these available to students and families within our community.<\/span>

There are two levels of classes – beginner and intermediate. Students with no experience on string instruments (violin, viola, cello, bass) are welcome to register for our beginner class and students with one year of experience are invited to join our intermediate class. Classes start on 9\/16 and we are asking all families to register by 9\/15.\u00a0<\/span>
