{"id":187484,"date":"2023-06-30T15:46:32","date_gmt":"2023-06-30T22:46:32","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/fremontunified.org\/vallejomill\/?p=187484"},"modified":"2024-02-13T14:34:30","modified_gmt":"2024-02-13T22:34:30","slug":"online-maze-process-2023-2024","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/fremontunified.org\/vallejomill\/news\/online-maze-process-2023-2024\/","title":{"rendered":"ONLINE MAZE PROCESS 2023-2024"},"content":{"rendered":"\n\n<p><strong><em>Question:<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong><em>How and when will I find out my child&#8217;s teacher for\u00a0next year?<\/em><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><em>ANSWER:\u00a0<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong><em>By completing the Online MAZE Process!<\/em><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The ONLINE MAZE DAY WINDOW will open July 17, 2023<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Parents will be required to go online via their IC Parent Portal upon receiving an email notification from FUSD to update contact information and complete necessary disclosures for the 2023-2024 school year<\/li>\n<li>Parents are encouraged to act promptly upon receipt of the email in July<\/li>\n<li>Once parents have completed the Online MAZE Day process and schedules are released, you will have access to your child&#8217;s teacher and schedule<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>MAZE Process Details<\/strong><strong>:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>MAZE<\/strong>\u00a0is Fremont Unified School District&#8217;s annual online registration confirmation process in which parents\/guardians:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>provide required information for each enrolled student &#8211; such as emergency contacts,<\/li>\n<li>acknowledge certain parent\/guardian and student rights and responsibilities, and<\/li>\n<li>access specific school forms\/information<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Completing the MAZE process ensures your student&#8217;s school has accurate information, and allows families to view student schedules\/classroom assignments and their teachers when that information is released in August.<\/p>\n<p>MAZE forms for all FUSD students must be completed online through the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/fremontunifiedca.infinitecampus.org\/campus\/portal\/parents\/fremont.jsp\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Infinite Campus (IC) Parent Portal<\/a>.\u00a0<strong>The window to complete the MAZE process for the 2023-24 school year is July 17 to August 7, 2023.\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong>Schedules are projected to go live on August 11, 2023.\u00a0 Please note these tips to help you successfully complete your online MAZE updates:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>When confirming existing emergency contacts, and\u00a0<strong><em>BEFORE making any changes<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0to existing emergency contacts, ensure you are NOT duplicating an existing contact<\/li>\n<li>If in doubt about making changes online, you may accept the current information and contact the school when the office reopens<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>While MAZE forms will not be available until July 17, we strongly recommend that you take a few moments and log into your\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/fremontunifiedca.infinitecampus.org\/campus\/portal\/parents\/fremont.jsp\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">IC Parent Portal<\/a>\u00a0now to address any access issues.\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/fremontunified.org\/students-community\/support\/portals\/\">Click here for IC Parent Portal troubleshooting and support.<\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Please do not complete the New Student Registration as it will duplicate your student(s).<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Parents\/Guardians will receive a notice MAZE information at the email address indicated in the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/fremontunifiedca.infinitecampus.org\/campus\/portal\/parents\/fremont.jsp\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">IC Parent Portal<\/a>, and updates will be posted to both the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/fremontunified.org\">FUSD<\/a> and school websites.<\/p>\n\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Question: How and when will I find out my child&#8217;s teacher for\u00a0next year?
