Raza Day<\/strong><\/p>\n

Raza Day is an annual, culturally enriching, full-day event aimed at empowering Latinx high school students by fostering a sense of belonging, providing college resources, and promoting higher education.<\/p>\n

This year, Raza Day will be on MARCH 6, 2026 from 9:30 AM – 1:30 PM. Breakfast, lunch and transportation will be provided. Should you be interested in attending, please see Mrs. Vera-Valdez<\/a> for a field trip permission slip.<\/p>\n

Ohlone College Liaison<\/strong><\/p>\n

Ms. Kristie Ruiz<\/a> is the Ohlone College Liaison this school year. She can answer any questions related to Ohlone College, including the student resources and academic programs there and the CCCApply college application. She can also assist you in the completion of the application in the spring to apply to Ohlone College for Fall 2026 admission.<\/p>\n

Ohlone College Counseling Appointments<\/strong><\/p>\n

Make an appointment here<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0for in-person meetings, drop-in waitlist, or online e-counseling with a college counselor.<\/p>\n

February 13th<\/strong> was the first day Ohlone College (a public California community college)\u00a0began accepting\u00a0online applications<\/a><\/strong> for Freshman students entering the Summer and Fall 2024 terms. (If you choose the Fall term, then you can use the same application for the Summer term, but not the reverse.)<\/em> The course catalog will come out for viewing on April 10th<\/strong>. Be sure to register for Ohlone Freshman Days<\/a><\/strong> on May 3rd or May 4th<\/strong> so you can have priority to register for classes. This will be very helpful to you.<\/p>\n

Undocumented Scholars Program – Participant Application<\/strong><\/p>\n

The\u00a0Undocumented\u00a0\u00a0Scholars Program\u00a0<\/strong>at Ohlone College provides support services to undocumented students enrolled at the college. Its purpose is provide undocumented students with targeted support through academic, career, and personal counseling. All program participants have access to a dedicated counselor. The program also provides assistance with applying for the CA Dream Act, scholarship opportunities, as well as the opportunity to qualify for special grants (when available). We also provide FREE legal services referrals and assistance. To be considered for this program, please complete this application. The Undocu-Student Support Program will contact you to your Ohlone email after you submit your application. All information on this form will be kept confidential. Should you have any questions or concerns, please contact Vanesa Morales, program coordinator, at\u00a0vmorales@ohlone.edu<\/a>.<\/p>\n

In order to be considered for admission into Ohlone’s\u00a0Undocumented\u00a0<\/strong>\u00a0Scholars Program<\/strong>, students must be enrolled at Ohlone College while receiving services, must be an active participant of the program (attend workshop, events, etc.), and must be open the receiving communication from program staff.<\/p>\n

Early College High School Program (Concurrent Enrollment)<\/strong><\/p>\n

A Permission Form is required to be signed by a parent and school representative (principal\/counselor) for High School Students to Enroll<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n

  1. Complete the electronic permission form to initiate the routing process to your parents and high school.<\/li>\n
  2. Plan accordingly and allow\u00a010 business days<\/strong>\u00a0for processing.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    You can start your college journey now, even if you’re still in high school. Through Ohlone College’s Early College program,\u00a0you can take college courses at Ohlone College campus and\/or online.<\/em><\/p>\n
