Our teachers routinely attend workshops and college classes to enhance their teaching skills for professional growth.\u00a0\u00a0It is these highly educated individuals who maintain the important balance between academic and social-emotional achievements.<\/p>\n<p>Our school is in the heart of an active, involved and culturally diverse community.\u00a0 Parents mingle and visit while students arrive at school. Once students are in class, our community-minded parents kick into high gear and support educational programs by volunteering in classrooms, fundraising, and creating school-wide events that increase student connection to their school.\u00a0After school, Weibel is abuzz with classes and clubs and enrichment opportunities.<\/p>\n<p>Weibel is a family of learners, educators, and parents.\u00a0\u00a0We believe that school is the center of the community, that the family is the core of learning, and that education is the foundation for success.\u00a0Children can participate and find avenues for success in academic areas that enhance the curriculum such as PTO-sponsored Chess Club,\u00a0Figure It Out Fridays, Science and Literacy Nights, and Family Math Night.\u00a0\u00a0To support and help children to find balance in their development, Weibel students can participate in sports teams, band,\u00a0in addition to many after school offerings such as art, science and debate.\u00a0It is through our dedication to meeting the needs of each child in all areas of their development that we&#8217;ve created a vibrant environment in which all children find success, pride, and growth.<\/p>\n<p>Our vision specifically states that we will embrace uniqueness and develop a well-rounded child.
