11/8/24 at 9:27 AM Shelter in Place LIFTED at Oliveira, American, Thornton and Brookvale due to surrounding police activity near campuses.
Our School Resources Officer lifted the shelter in place at 9:27am and all campuses returned to normal operation at that time.
The police activity was unrelated to our campuses, and there was no danger to students or staff at any time.

Today at 8:55 am our district was advised by the Fremont Police Department (FPD) to shelter in place at four school locations due to police activity in the neighborhood.Â
The police activity is unrelated to our campuses, and there is no danger to our students or staff.Â
The safety of our staff and students is our top priority, and we thank the School Resource Officer(s) for their actions and communication, and our students and staff for their appropriate response to this situation.Â
