School Site Council Overview
The purpose of School Site Council (SSC) is to oversee the school programs that include the curriculum and best instructional practices. This group made up of the principal, parents, teachers and students ensures that the needs of every student are met. The SSC approves the Single Plan for Pupil Achievement (SPPA) Plan annually. This group also oversees the spending of the EIA budget, which is a fund received annually from the state of California, and certifies the federal Title III monies that are spent on campus.
