Hey, Mustangs! Your Kindness Challenge for today is: Leave a kind note in a library book for someone to find.
Today’s Kindness Activity is making Appreciation Cards in the Quad during Lunch.
This is a reminder for you to stop by the colorful Tribute Tree that has been created in the D-wing for Ms. Brown. You can add a memory you have with her on a tag, or simply write a word or two that reminds you of her, and hang them from the tree. Stop by this week DURING LUNCH, to add your message to the tree. The last day to add your memories will be Friday at Lunch.
Good morning Mustangs – The Wellness Center will open at 10:30 today. If you need a break or a quick check-in, please come after 10:30.
Math Club is meeting in room H208 today at lunch. Stay tuned for some math fun!
Comedy Club meets today after school at G101. Come join the fun! We close the doors after 30 people.
Homework Club meets today after school from 2:45-3:45 in room H132.
Attention all intramural sports participants!!
Be sure to check the lists on the gym windows and find your name under the sport you are signed up for. Check in for attendance with the teacher when you arrive for the activity each week.
Girls Basketball is at lunch in the Gym. Remember to quickly bring your lunch to the gym. Play begins immediately.
Team Handball is tonight from 7:30-8:30pm in the Gym. Reminder that an adult will need to sign you out when the class ends at 8:30 pm.

Did you know that this week from October 5-11th is Banned Books Week? Banned Books Week is an annual event that spotlights the freedom to read and draws attention to the harms of censorship. Come on by the Library and explore our display of books that have been challenged or banned in other states. Post-it’s with the reasons why they were challenged are attached. Feel free to check out any of the books and recognize that the right to read belongs to all of us!
One last note – The office will close immediately after school tomorrow, Friday, for a staff meeting.
