We are on Block Schedule this week due to SBAC Testing in Math classes.  Students will go to Periods 1, 3 and 5 today. There is no Flex. 




The Wellness Center will be closed from 9:00am-10:30am today.




Card Game Club is cancelled today.
The FAVORS Club will meet today at lunch in P106.
Nature Arts Club meets today at lunch in C102.
Sketch Club meets today during lunch in room H125.
Chess Club meets every Tuesday and Thursday during lunch in C101.  All students are welcome to stop by and play!




Do you want to learn math in a fun way? Do you want to understand the mathematical foundations of AI in a fun way? If that’s you, the Math Club has got you covered. With our fun math games and activities, you will start liking Math. Please come to room H208 today at lunch for some Math and AI fun!


Do you want to learn to code in Python? Then come and join the Python Club. Meetings are after school on Thursdays in room A112 from 2:40-3:20.


Homework Club meets today after school in room H132 from 2:45-3:45pm.




Interested in submitting to Centerville’s Dark Horse Film Festival? Join the Google Classroom using the code xcxj6ksv. There will also be an informational meeting Friday in G101 for anyone who wants to learn more.




Attention 8th graders!
Have you heard of DECA and DECA competitions?
Washington High School’s internationally-recognized DECA Chapter will be hosting its annual Summer Business Enrichment Workshop on July 27th – July 31st from 1:00pm to 3:00pm in Room 54 at Washington High School. Registration begins on May 1st at the discounted early bird rate of $200 and the normal rate of $230 from May 17th – May 30th. This is your chance to learn about DECA, Master the Roleplay and Written events, get a head start on business topics and speaking skills, and network with upperclassmen (including international champions). For sign-up information and flyers, please reach out to Mr. Wu or your 8th grade teacher. Please refer any other questions to Mr. Wu.
