Hey Students!  It is time to celebrate Read Across America Week!  
Reading isn’t just for school-it’s a way to explore new worlds, meet unforgettable characters and discover ideas that can change your life.  Whether you love graphic novels, sports stories, mysteries, fantasy, scifi, or realistic fiction, there’s a book out there waiting for YOU.
This week, we challenge every student to:
1) Read at least 20 minutes each day
2) Try a new Genre
3) Visit the Library
4) Share a book recommendations with a friend
Stop by the library to check out a new book and help us celebrate the joy of reading.  Let’s show how our school loves to read!

Attention Intramural Sports Participants:
Chess Club is over for the year. 


Attention 8th graders!
You may purchase Great America tickets online from March 1st to March 30th (https://store.5starstudents.com/centervillems). After purchasing a ticket online, you will need to pick up a permission slip from H221. If you would like to purchase tickets with $65 cash (or $25 cash if you have your own season pass), the only two days are Wed, 3/25 during lunch or Fri, 3/27 after school. All permission slips must be fully completed, signed, and returned to H221 by Tuesday, 3/31.


Important announcement for today: Students will report to Homeroom right after lunch today. During Homeroom, students will sign up for Flex sessions for the remainder of this week only.
The sign-up window is open from 12:23 PM to 10:00 PM each day.
Students must sign up even if absent that day.
After 10:00 PM, sign-ups close and students who have not registered will be assigned to available sessions.
