Students, please use the track to walk around the field before and after school. Students that are caught walking across the field will receive lunch detention. Please help keep our field in good shape.

8th grade students attending the Great America field trip: the time we will be coming back to Centerville has changed to 6:00 pm. Tell your parents! Bus lists will be posted around campus and in the office starting Tuesday morning. Make sure you know which bus you’re on. The students were placed by your last name. Be prepared to show your Season Pass before boarding. You will report to your bus after first period. Buses 1-4 will be boarded on Fremont Blvd. and buses 5-8 will be boarded in the loop. Please keep your eyes open for your bus chaperones. You may not switch buses.
YEARBOOKS will be distributed to students on Wednesday, May 28, during 4th period. Please get your yearbooks signed during lunch, before, or after school, NOT during class. You should also be sure to write your own name immediately on the inside cover in case it gets lost. We will sell extras on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday before and after school in the office. The cost is $40, cash only. Please bring exact change. If you have questions or concerns, you can reach out to Mr. Rhodes. at [email protected].
OK Y’all, there’s an update for the Great Library Book Round Up.  We now have 539 items out, with 158 of them being Overdue.  That’s 111 less than yesterday!  Keep looking for those books!  Clean out your backpack (you know it needs it), check your drawers, and your shelves at home.  As a reminder:There will be NO more checkouts after this Friday, and  ALL BOOKS AND CHROMEBOOK LOANERS are DUE Next Monday, May 19th. Please help bring all materials back before Summer Break!
Dark Horse Film Festival: Every dark horse has a story to tell. How will you tell yours? The Dark Horse Film Festival celebrates filmmakers with all levels of experience. Films can be stories told through photographs, animation, live action, music videos, documentaries, documentaries… anything goes. Submissions are due by May 16, 2025. Students: As the weather gets warmer, please remember the dress code still applies.Â
Short shorts are not allowed
Shirts must cover the midriff and must have straps
Sagging pants are not allowed

Students: As a reminder, toy guns, including water guns, are not allowed on campus. Students who bring one to school will receive consequences including getting on the restricted list.
Students, if you are not planning to get breakfast or lunch, please do not go into the kitchen. Students who get in the line but who are not getting food slow down the process for everyone.
