Hey, Mustangs! Your Kindness Challenge for today is: Give someone your time: play a game together, loan them a book, or help with chores.
Join us at the side of the theater for a Kindness Wheel activity during lunch.
Hey Centerville 7th and 8th grade students. Are you interested in participating in the Math Olympiad? Centerville will field both a 7th and an 8th grade team of students who will test their math skills against their peers across the country. To find out more, come to H132 during lunch TODAY to get the details and to pick up a parent permission form.
KPop Club meets today in room H214 during lunch.
This is a reminder that, to honor Ms. Oliver-Brown, a Tribute Tree has been created in the D-wing by the art room where students and faculty can sign colorful tags with messages about Ms. Brown, or a word or two that reminds you of her, and hang them from the tree. It is already covered with memories our Centerville family has of her.
Stop by this week during lunch, or before or after school, to add your message to the tree. They will remain up for the entire month, and then will be given to her family when they are taken down. But this week, it gives us a central place to express our thoughts and feelings about a very special teacher.
Attention ASB Representatives! The next ASB meeting will be tomorrow, October 7th during FLEX. Come to room H132 (downstairs) for the ASB meeting. See you there.
October 10th is World Mental Health Day and the Wellness Center is having an art contest to celebrate it. Create a piece of art that shows how you take care of your mental health and turn it into the Wellness Center by Tuesday, Oct 7th for your chance to win a prize. Winners will be announced on October 10th in the morning announcement.
