The Daily Mustang, March 28, 2023

8th Graders Great America tickets are going to be on sale starting April 3rd through April 6, during lunch in F106.  The cost will be $15 if you have a season pass or $52  without a season pass.

School Play (In the Forests of the Night): Thirteen students are compelled by their dreams to play a game in the woods. Not everyone gets to play it again. The showtime will be Friday March 31, sunset (7:30), in the field behind the gym. Buy tickets outside P105 during lunch.

All students:  The restricted list is the list of students who will not be eligible to participate in all or some of the year end activities.  How do you get on the restricted list?  Any student who is tardy or is assigned lunch and/or after school detention eight or more times, receives more than three RC or discipline referrals to the assistant principal or is suspended in the RC or off campus for partial or full day, during the 4th quarter will be placed on the restricted list.  If you have any questions, Ms Grimmer would be happy to speak with you.

YEARBOOK: It looks like there are still problems with the hyperlink in the Daily Mustang. A work-around is to copy and paste the url: https://buytheyearbook.pictavo.com/ (school code is 710356). You have until April 1st to order a yearbook. The cost is $35.

Reminder:  Cell phones should be off from 1st bell 8:10 to last bell 2:35 every day.  They must be in your backpack, turned “OFF” not on ‘silent’.  Cell phones will be taken away if out or being used.  If you need to use a phone during the day, please go to the office to make the call.

Cell phones may not be used in the library, this includes before and after school.

Dress Code  Attention Mustangs- This is a reminder that midriff tops, any clothing item that promotes or advertises for drug use, sagging jeans, pajama pants, and shoes without a heel strap worn will result in a dress code violation. The first offense is a warning and progressive disciplinary action will follow on the second offense (including keeping the clothing item until the end of the school year). If you are not sure if you can wear it to school, then choose something else to wear.
