Reminder- Schedule Change

Dear Students and Parents,

You will have access to request a change in your student’s schedule on Wednesday December 11^th. Schedule changes can ONLY be requested using this Schedule Change Request Form.

Schedule Change Requests are open from December 11-December 19, 4:00 PM AND January 6-24, 4:00 PM.

Please note the change request directions below:

• All schedule change requests may be denied based on class size limitations and are NOT guaranteed
• Requesting to add a course: be sure you meet ALL recommended AND required pre reqs in FUSD Course Catalog
• Requests will not be accepted during the winter break
