School Site Council

Our school site council invites you to attend their zoom meetings and stay informed about important decisions made to help student succeed.
These meetings will be held on  Jan. 23rd & April 24th at 2:45pm.

Mission: To ensure that all students achieve their appropriate academic and social potential.

Vision: The staff of Thornton Junior High will educate students to be lifelong learners, logical and critical thinkers, effective communicators, and contributing members of their communities. Students will be empowered to achieve academically and socially through implementation of common core curriculum and development of self-confidence and self-accountability. Students will develop respect for themselves, others and the diversity of our global community.
