Registration 2023-2024

Use registration information based on the student's future grade level for the 2023-2024 school year.

1. Create Infinite Campus (IC) Parent Portal if not done so already.

 2. Proof of Residency (2 documents required)

In order to verify residency, the parent/guardian must provide two (2) of the following items listed       below.  (All documents must be current within 30-45 days.)

• Property tax payment receipt, mortgage statement, lease agreement or payment receipt;
• Utility service contract, confirmation of service, statement or payment receipt;
• Pay sub;
• Voter registration;
• Correspondence from a government agency, including DMV

 3. Course Request Form

     Each student must complete Google Form (not required for incoming 6th graders). This form               will be emailed to your student’s school gmail account. This can only be submitted once. For                 questions regarding Kennedy course requests for 9^th grade, contact the Kennedy counselors.

 4. Immunizations

• 7^th Grade - submit Tdap (Pertussis/Whooping Cough) booster and second Varicella (Chicken Pox)

• Other Grades – if your student is missing any required immunizations the school nurse will contact you to request this documentation

7TH GRADE:

All students entering the 7th grade must receive a Tdap (Pertussis/ Whooping Cough) booster and second Varicella (Chicken pox)  and all other immunizations before entering school in August 2023.

Until all required immunizations are complete per state law, students will NOT be allowed to:

• Receive a schedule for their 7th grade classes
• Attend school in-person or distance learning
• Participate in school sponsored activities

Proof of the vaccine must include:  Student’s name, date of birth, vaccine name, date vaccine administered and name of the clinic, office, or doctor administering the vaccine.

ALL OTHER GRADES:

All students entering the 2023/2024 school year must be up to date with state required immunizations before entering school in August 2023. You should have been contacted by the nurse if you are missing any.

Until all required immunizations are complete per state law, students will NOT be allowed to:

• Receive classroom/teacher placement or class schedule
• Attend school in-person or distance learning
• Participate in school sponsored activities
