If you are checking out of Walters Middle School, your parent or guardian must notify the school registrar. Only the parent or guardian listed on the Emergency Card will be able to begin the process of withdrawing a student from school.
On the students last day of school, the student will see the Registrar to receive a checkout sheet which will be taken to all classes and the library for signatures. All textbooks, library books and your student ID must be turned in. At the end of the day, the student will bring the completed checkout sheet to the Registrar. A copy of the checkout sheet will be given to you to take to your new school.
If you owe money or have missing books, your new school will receive a copy of your debt.
