Parent Teacher Conferences

Dear Parents and Guardians,

We are pleased to announce that Washington High School will be hosting Parent Teacher Conferences on October 23 and 24, from 1:30pm to 8:00pm, with a break scheduled from 4:30pm-5:00pm. In-person conferences will be conducted on a drop-in basis on October 23, while online conferences will take place on October 24. Report cards for students can be collected at the Attendance windows on October 23.

On October 23, student translators will be available for Spanish, Dari, Persian, Punjabi, Hindi, Pashto, Vietnamese, Tagalog, Tamil, Cantonese, and French speakers. Please go to the library when you arrive to be matched with a student translator.

For the online conferences on October 24, we will utilize Google Calendar Appointments to facilitate scheduling. Links to each teacher’s appointment calendar can be found in their Google Classrooms under the Assignment tab labeled Parent Teacher Conferences. Teachers will also send out their appointment links via email. Please note that a Google account is required to access these links. Links will be made available by 9:00 AM on Monday, October 21. We kindly request that all online conference appointments be made by 1:00 PM on October 24.

If you do not have a Google account please have your student log into their GAFE account and navigate to their teacher’s classroom. The links will be available in the Assignment tab. By clicking the link, you will see the appointment options.
