Please place your transcript request via Parchment.

Use the Order My Transcript button (above) or go directly to parchment.com.

  • If you have not already done so, create an account.
  • Be sure to enter your name exactly as it appears on your school records/ transcript.
  • Enter AMERICAN HIGH SCHOOL and our AHS should pop up on the first page of schools to select.
  • Enter your grad/leave year. This is critical – this is your graduation year-(9th = 2029, 10th=2028, 11th=2027, 12th=2026, etc.)
  • End of May 2026 - Seniors CO 2026, In the SEND options dropdown, select NEXT GRADING PERIOD/HOLD FOR GRADES.  VERY IMPORTANT - This will ensure that your FINAL transcript will be sent when we have uploaded them as we are able (tentatively the week of 6/8)
  • Then you tell Parchment where you want your transcript to go – electronically or paper by mail – Your college, university, yourself, NCAA – click-click, done!
  • $6.50 for each transcript. (debit or credit card)
  • You will receive an email from Parchment once the transcript has been sent.
  • ALL transcripts from Parchment are OFFICIAL. That means they have been approved and submitted by the school.
  • Current students: before you create an account, email Registrar, Ms. Yeung at [email protected] and provide your personal email address to receive the registration link that allows you for the free unofficial self view transcript.   When you are creating an account on Parchment, you can select the checkbox to allow you to store an unofficial copy of your records in the Learner dashboard.  Please reference the attached link for the registration link process.   For video tutorial - https://tinyurl.com/unxhjfmu

All Alumni Transcripts are available from PARCHMENT.COM. 

ALL VERIFICATIONS ARE PROCESSED THROUGH parchment.com.  YOU MUST attach the former student's signed release of information. Be sure you want American High School, Fremont, CA and have the correct grad year & maiden name.  

We do not accept phone, email or fax requests for verification.
