2024 Summer Transcripts & Work Permits

June 10 - July 10 (9am - 2pm): Transcripts and Work Permits will be issued at the High School Summer School Office - Washington High School - 38442 Fremont Blvd.

July 11 - July 25 (9am - 2pm): Transcripts and Work Permits will be issued at FUSD District Office - Secondary Education Office - 4210 Technology Dr.

July 26 - and after: Transcripts will be issued at the school sites.

July 29 - Aug 13 (9am - 2pm): Work Permits will be issued at FUSD District Office - Secondary Education Office - 4210 Technology Dr.

August 14 - and after: Work Permits will be issued at the school sites.

Use the Order My Transcript button (above) or go directly to parchment.com.

  • If you have not already done so, create an account.
  • Be sure to enter your name exactly as it appears on your school records/ transcript.
  • Enter AMERICAN HIGH SCHOOL and our AHS should pop up on the first page of schools to select.
  • Enter your grad/leave year. This is critical – this is your graduation year-(9th = 2027, 10th=2026, 11th=2025, 12th=2024, etc.)
  • Then you tell Parchment where you want your transcript to go – electronically or paper by mail – Your college, university, yourself, NCAA – click-click, done!
  • $5.90 for each transcript. (debit or credit card)
  • You will receive an email from Parchment once the transcript has been sent.
  • ALL transcripts from Parchment are OFFICIAL. That means they have been approved and submitted by the school.
  • Current students: before you create an account, email Registrar, Ms. Yeung at [email protected] to get the registration code and eligible for the free unofficial self view transcript.   When you are creating an account on Parchment, you can select the checkbox to allow you to store an unofficial copy of your records in the Learner dashboard.  To update version appears in your account, Click on the image of the transcript in the ordering tile, this will generate an order to your high school for a new unofficial self-view transcript. All Alumni Transcripts are available from PARCHMENT.COM. 

ALL VERIFICATIONS ARE PROCESSED THROUGH parchment.com.  YOU MUST attach the former student's signed release of information. Be sure you want American High School, Fremont, CA and have the correct grad year & maiden name.  

We do not accept phone, email or fax requests for verification.
