A Message from Principal Mason
Greetings Ardenwood Families,
Thanks to everyone for a great start to the school year. Students are settling into their classes, learning rules and routines and making new friends. We appreciate your attendance at Back to School Night and look forward to seeing you at future events.
September is Attendance Awareness Month! Make sure your student is at school on time, each and every day (unless they are ill). Consistent school attendance is important for students to be successful. Beginning this month, students with perfect attendance will receive an Ardenwood Attendance Brag Tag
This month, Dragons will also participate in our monthly safety drill, Student and Staff Picture Day, Peace Day, Hello Week, the Ardenwood Book Fair, the Screenagers movie event and Hispanic Heritage Month!
Thanks for your adherence to our drop-off and pick-up rules. These are in place for the efficient movement of traffic and safety of our Dragons, families and staff. Please exit the campus immediately after dropping off your student.  Do not linger near gates or playground areas!
Beginning Tuesday, September 3rd, the office will no longer accept drop-offs of lunches, water bottles, homework or class materials. Dragons are responsible & should bring these items with them each and every day. School brunch and lunch are free to all students and water fountains are available throughout the campus.
Thanks for your cooperation and Go Dragons!
Mrs. Mason
