Expanded Learning Opportunities Program

All FUSD elementary schools will work with a community partner program to provide extended day care (before/after school) and enrichment programs for enrolled students in the 2023-24 school year.

Eligibility for Programs

Families of all FUSD elementary school students may contact the providers below for program registration and more information.

Students who are designated in one or more specific categories (English learners, foster youth, homeless students, migrant students, and students who are free or reduced-price meal eligible under the National School Lunch Program) may be eligible to participate at approved locations at no cost through the Expanded Learning Opportunities Program (ELO-P).

ELO-P Applications

If you would like to apply for no-cost care in the 2023-24 school year, please submit the ELO-P application. Parent/guardian notification of ELO-P approval or denial will be sent individually via e-mail. All submissions before July 27, 2023 will receive their result before August 1, 2023.

ELO-P eligibility is granted for one school year; even if you were approved in 2022-23, parents/guardians must reapply each year. A separate application must be completed for each student.

Note 8/9/23: We are processing many applications for the start of the school year. If you submit an application, expect a turnaround notice of five working days.
