A Message from Principal Mason
Greetings Ardenwood Families,

Hope you had a restful and relaxing break with friends and family! November was quite busy with our Diwali Delight Festival, Ruby Bridges Walk and Parent-Teacher conferences. Basketball tryouts were successful--congratulations to all who made the teams. Grateful to our teachers for hosting conferences & thanks to families for joining us to hear about your student’s progress.

December
With only three weeks of school this month, time will fly by, so please check our school calendar of events and ParentSquare updates. Highlights of the month include our December PTA meeting, monthly safety drill, PTA movie night, ELAC Meeting, Coffee with the Principal, December Dragon Dollar Drawing and our Annual Food Drive.  Stay tuned for more information on the Science Fair, Ardenwood Spelling Bee and Grade Level Field Trips!

Be Safe, Respectful & Responsible
Following school rules is key to our success. While most students can recite our school rules, we continue to see many Dragons forgetting to abide by them.

TK, Kinder, Primary Grade Dragons and those students new to Ardenwood are working to commit school rules to memory and adopt them as part of their daily routine. Dragons in grades 4 & 5 are our role models and school leaders. Please support our success by taking time today to discuss Ardenwood School Rules with your student. Thanks!

Traffic & Pedestrian Safety
Be respectful of pedestrians in crosswalks and do not block driveways or park in red zones. Please stay focused and refrain from using cell phones while driving, especially when in our drive-thru loops. Follow directions of staff supervising our loops and adhere to all safety rules. Thanks!
