IMPORTANT: 24-25 Registration Information

2024-2025 Annual Residency Verification

On January 29th you will receive an email from Informed K12 regarding the required annual Residency Verification.  This email will include a pre-filled form that includes your student’s information.  

You will need to upload two (2) current proofs of residency (within the previous 30 days).  Please do not upload your ID/driver’s license as this is not considered an acceptable proof of residency. 

  • Mortgage Statement

  • Rental property contract/Lease

  • Utility Service Contract/Statement

  • Pay Stub

  • Voter Registration

  • Correspondence from any govt. agency

  • Declaration of Residency executed by the student’s parent/guardian

Once you sign and submit the form, it will then be forwarded to the school site for processing.

2024-2025 Enrollment Update

Our apologies for any confusion regarding enrollment for the 2024-2025 school year.

Enrollment for NEW TK and Kindergarten students is now open on the District Enrollment website. Additionally, if you have a student who will be in grades 1-5 for the 2024-2025 school year but is not currently attending Fremont Unified, you can enroll them now using the Enrollment website under sibling priority.

For your children who are CURRENTLY ENROLLED in Fremont Unified, please note that you DO NOT need to re-enroll through the enrollment website. On January 29, you received an email via Informed K12 with the Reservation/Residency Verification form. Kindly submit this form and attach 2 proof of residency documents to secure your child(ren)’s seat(s) for the 2024-2025 school year.

If your child is currently in TK in FUSD, they will automatically be placed in kindergarten for the upcoming school year. If the school your child is attending is not your home school, and your child completes the current school year, they will have a priority seat at their home school for kindergarten. Placement letters will be mailed to you via the US Postal Service in May.
