“Rising 6th Grade Parent Night” on April 19, 2023 at Thornton Middle School

Hello 5^th Grade Brookvale Parents and Guardians,

As you all know by now, beginning the first day of school on August 16, 2023, elementary schools will no longer have 6^th grade students attend.  Elementary schools will be open to students in grades TK through 5^th only.

Current Brookvale 5^th graders in the American Attendance Area moving on to 6^th grade in the fall will be moving on to Thornton Middle School.  Parents of rising 6^th graders are invited to attend a “Rising 6^th Grade Parent Night” on April 19, 2023 at 7:00 p.m. in the Thornton Large Gym.

This meeting is only for parents with children currently in 5^th grade.  Construction updates, Middle School Curriculum and transition information will be provided.
