August 2025 Updates!
Dear Brookvale Families,
Welcome to the 2025-2026 school year! Below are some important reminders.
*Pick Up and Drop Off:
Come Early! Brookvale is located right behind American High School and there will be a lot of traffic the first week of school.
All parents should park on Nicolet or next door in the Los Cerritos parking lot and walk their student to the front of the school. The school loop is reserved for staff and school buses only.
*Breakfast:
New this year! The Brookvale cafeteria will be serving free breakfast to all students from 7:40 - 8:10 daily.
*Class Schedules and Teacher Assignments:
Class schedules and teacher assignments will be available in the Aeries Parent Portal on the evening of Friday August 8th. Class schedules will only be available to families that have completed their Data Confirmation (formally known as MAZE) documents in the Aeries Parent Portal.
*Aeries Data Confirmation:
The Aeries Data Confirmation is now open. You should have received an email from FUSD with directions to login and confirm your information. This annual process ensures we have the most up-to-date contact, emergency and health information for your child(ren).
The Parent Data Confirmation must be completed by Parents/Guardians before students can view their class schedule. If you are unable to locate the email, you can retrieve your access by clicking on this link: https://fremontusd.aeries.net/student/LoginParent.aspx, entering the email associated with your student’s profile and selecting “Forgot Password”. This will generate an email to your address with the verification code needed to login to the Aeries Parent Portal. Be sure to complete all fields and hit “submit”.
If you have moved from Fremont and will no longer be attending Brookvale, please call or email our office so we can update your enrollment information.
*School Office:
Our main office opens for the 2025-2026 school year on Monday, August 4th and office hours will be 7:45am - 3:00pm daily.
The Brookvale Website continues to be the source of the most up to date information throughout the school year.
*First Day of School August 12th:
School starts at 8:15am and students are expected to be lined up in front of their classrooms by 8:10am and in their classroom and ready to learn by 8:15am.
*Minimum Days:
The first four days of school are minimum days: 8/12, 8/13, 8/14 and 8/15
TK AM: 8:15 - 11:35
TK PM: 11:35 - 2:55
Kindergarten: 8:15 - 11:35
Grades 1-5: 8:15 - 1:15
*Attendance:
All students are expected to be in attendance on the first day of school or risk being dropped from enrollment. Parents must notify the school that their child is absent in order to keep their enrollment at FUSD. Enrollment will not be held for students on extended vacations or other optional activities, whether or not the school is notified.

Adventure Time - Brookvale’s On-Campus Daycare:
Adventure Time is now enrolling for the 2025-2026 school year. They are located on the Brookvale campus and offer before and after school daycare to Brookvale students only. To register, please contact them at 510-658-7412 or 510-797-5180.
