Kids Against Hunger Food Packaging returns to Forest Park

Last year we packed 31,000 meals at our Kids Against Hunger meal packing event. See video.
This year, we are up for the challenge to break last year’s record to feed even more kids during the holidays.
Your generous donations will help our students pack meals to support those less fortunate locally
and around the world during the holidays via partnership with humanitarian organizations. Kids
Against Hunger Fremont is run entirely by unpaid volunteers. Read more about them at
https://kahfremont.org/. Each meal costs 25 cents, which means every $25 raised will feed 100
children.
Our 1st – 5th graders will be packing meals.
Every single student will write/draw caring messages.
Donate via Cash, Check (Payable to “Kids Against Hunger Fremont”), or to the Forest Park PayPal page by clicking here or
by scanning the Paypal QR code.
Please write “Forest Park, Classroom #, and Student Name” in the PayPal comment. Employer matching counts toward the fundraising goal. Please inquire if your employer offers donation matching (eg. Netflix matches $2 for every $1 donation). Select
‘Kids Against Hunger Fremont’ in the employer donation platform.
Note: PayPal donation tax receipt will be emailed after the packing event.
Volunteers Needed: We need the support of 45 parent volunteers (2-3 per classroom)!!
Please sign-up here. All volunteers must arrive on time and stay for the entire duration (Thursday, 12/07 from 8:30 AM-11:45 AM) as each volunteer will be trained/assigned a critical task to support our students pack 30,000+ meals
