Within the District:  If you are moving over the summer within Fremont, please go the district web site, click on this link for the

and follow the instructions.  The office of Student Support Services will assist with the completion of a Change of Residency from. Fremont Unified District Office is located at 4210 Technology Drive.

Moving Out of Our District. If you are moving out of Fremont Unified School District, please email Student Support Services at SSS@fusdk12.net and let them know where you will be moving/attending school, city & state.
