Parking, Pick-up, and Drop-off

Parking Lot Problems

We have been experiencing problems with our staff parking lot on Logan Drive. Please do not enter this parking lot as it is intended for staff members only. Please set a good example for your children by following all school rules.

Arrival Times

Morning Kindergarten students may start arriving on campus at 7:55 a.m. All other students (Grades 1 - 5) may start arriving at 7:40 for breakfast. Supervised morning recess begins at 7:55.

Dismissal Times

Students must be picked on time at dismissal. Please see the dismissal times below for your reference.

Short Days: 12:00 (Kindergarten), 1:11 (1st-3rd grades), 1:16 (4th-5th grades)

Regular Days: 1:22 (Kindergarten), 2:28 (1st - 5th Grade)

Transitional Kindergarten: AM/11:30 PM/3:00

Again, it is imperative for parents to pick up their students on time.

Drop-off and Pick-up

The main parking lot in front of the school office is for staff and visitor parking in marked visitor spots only. This lot is utilized for drive thru drop off and pick up.  For the safety of all Maloney Students please follow the rules:

• Please enter the parking lot using the right lane when dropping off or picking up your child.
• When leaving the lot you must turn right onto Logan Drive. There will be no left turns allowed during school hours.
• If your child is not out front when you arrive to pick them up you must exit the lot. You may not hold up the flow of traffic by waiting for your child.
• Do not leave your car unattended in the drop off/pick up lane. Remain inside your car at all times.
• Do not pass or go around cars while you are in the lot.
