Principal’s Message

Hello Mission San Jose Elementary Community,

I am honored and excited to serve as Principal of Mission San Jose Elementary School. Privileged with this great opportunity to provide educational leadership, I seek to continue MSJE’s rich tradition of world-class education, and I will work hard to meet the ever-changing needs of our community.

As a Mission San Jose High School graduate, I have spent most of my life living and working in our thriving Fremont community. I have dedicated myself to the field of education for over 20 years. My career as an educator began with teaching Science at Thornton Junior High School. In 2015, I became an instructional coach with FUSD’s Curriculum & Instruction department and worked with teachers throughout the district. Prior to joining the MSJE team, I served as Warm Springs Elementary School’s Assistant Principal. Utilizing the knowledge and skills I've acquired through my diverse experiences I am now eager to share my vision and educational leadership with the prospering MSJE school community.

In partnership with staff and families, I look forward to providing students with opportunities to meet their academic, physical, social, and emotional potentials by providing relevant programming, interventions, and enrichment opportunities. In addition to rigorous academic instruction, I strongly value character education, social-emotional learning, and school spirit opportunities. It is important to me that all students feel safe and happy at MSJE and that their days at school are joyful. Let us partner as a school community to help each and every student achieve their goals and have a rewarding and inspiring school experience.
