2024 MSJE Soccer – Updated Information

Hello MSJE 4th and 5th-grade parents/guardians,

Please see the highlighted updated dates below. 

We are excited to soon begin the 2024 girls and boys soccer season. 

Required forms

Interested participants must complete and submit (to the MSJE office) the following forms prior to tryouts:

• 2024 MSJE Soccer Permission Form (this form)

• FUSD Insurance and Permission Form

• Participation Physical Evaluation Clearance Form (must include physician’s verification) 

Note: If a student turned in a physical for the 2024 Basketball season, a new physical form does not need to be resubmitted.

• Player/Parent Code of Conduct

Season Timeline (subject to change):

• Try-Outs (2:45 – 4:00 PM):

  • Girls: March 4 and 5

  • Boys: March 6 and 7

• Practice Schedule (beginning week of March 11):

  • Girls: Tuesdays (2:45 – 4:00 PM)

  • Boys: Wednesdays (2:45 – 4:00 PM)

  • Girls and Boys: additional mandatory practices will be held during the school day recesses 

• League Games: 4/11, 4/18, 4/22, 4/25, and 4/29

• Tournament: 5/4

Please Note:

• Tryouts are open to all 4th and 5th-grade boys and girls. 

• Teams are limited to a maximum of 15 players. Regretfully, not all players who try out for the team will be selected.
