Hello MSJE 4th and 5th Grade Families,
Basketball season at MSJE is just around the corner. This year, 4th and 5th-grade students are able to try out for the basketball team. Participation in school sports requires the submission of the following forms prior to tryouts:

Participation Physical Evaluation Clearance FormÂ
Some doctors may use a different form which is OK as long as “unlimited participation” is noted.
Physical forms must be current (dated August 16, 2023 or after)
Basketball Timeline:
Open Gym:Â
- Boys: November 6 (2:55 – 4:40 PM)
- Girls: November 7 (2:55 – 4:40 PM)
- Boys: November 8 Â (2:55 – 4:40 PM)
- Girls: November 9 Â (2:55 – 4:40 PM)
- Boys: Mondays and Wednesdays (2:55 – 4:40 PM)
- Girls: Tuesdays and Thursdays (2:55 – 4:40 PM)
- One preseason game in December
- 7 games Jan. – Feb.
