Hello MSJE Parents/Guardians,
The first English Language Advisory Committee (ELAC) meeting will be held on Monday, September 15 at 3:00 PM. This will be a virtual meeting on Zoom (see link below). All MSJE parents/guardians are welcome to join. Parents/guardians of students who are identified as Multilingual Learners are especially encouraged to attend. Here is the 2025-2026 ELAC Meeting Agenda.

The purpose of ELAC is to provide an opportunity for parents to advise the Principal on programs and services for multilingual learners and to work with the School Site Council on the development of the School Plan for Student Achievement (SPSA). During ELAC meetings, parents will also receive information from our District English Language Advisory Committee (DELAC) representative, including but not limited to information regarding assessments, the reclassification process, and services that benefit our Multilingual Learners.
