Principal Sheila Jemo

Principal Sheila Jemo brings over two decades of experience in education, with deep roots in alternative education and a longstanding commitment to the Fremont Unified School District. As Assistant Principal at Robertson Continuation High School and Vista Alternative School, Principal Jemo has spent the past eleven years supporting students, staff, and families at these sites through leadership marked by equity, compassion, and systems-level improvement.

Her administrative experience includes streamlining support services for students with IEPs and 504 plans, leading restorative practices and PLC development, implementing schoolwide data systems, and mentoring both students and staff. Prior to administration, she served as a dedicated math teacher at Robertson and Horner Junior High. Her leadership is grounded in her classroom experience and a deep belief that high expectations, paired with unwavering support, can transform lives.
