We wrapped up our first week of school. There was so much excitement in the air. I absolutely loved seeing our students eating lunch, playing at the playground, and getting to know their teachers. The students also got to meet our new Assistant Principal, Mrs. Black. I want to express my appreciation to our LBES staff, PTO, and CIPCF for making week one a successful one! THANK YOU!

Behavior Asssembly
We had our first assembly on Friday for Grades 1-5 and our students showed their Blazer Best. We learned about the procedures for recess and lunch time. Please ask them about it!
TK am /Kinder Dismissal
Thank you so much for all of your flexibility, patience, and willingness to learn the procedures of picking up the littlest Blazers. The first day it took about 20 minutes, second day 15 minutes, and today it took about 12 minutes. It is getting quicker because more and more families are using the valet loop. We really really appreciate it!
Parking
I completely understand we have limited parking, but please be respectful to signs that states "NO PARKING," especially where construction is happening. It is not safe to park there and they need that area for their vehicles.

Grades 1 - 5 will have Back to School Night on Tuesday, August 27th. We will start at 5pm with our Specialist team and CIPCF/ PTO groups. 6pm - 7pm classroom teachers will be presenting their information in the classroom. Please remember this is a PARENT ONLY event. There will be no child supervision.
