Finally it's starting to feel like fall! We are all so very grateful for the cooler weather this week. So many things have been happening around Bringhurst! 5th grade classes have gone to their first field trip of the year, Tesla Factory! TK class got a cool construction vehicle showcase from our developers across the street. Our wellness center has opened. Fall innovation class has begun and our Bringhurst Newspaper club has published their first newspaper!
PTO has also kickstarted the BLAZERUNNER. Our students and teachers absolutely loved the video and excited to get their tennis shoes and run on October 17th.

October is Anti-Bullying Month
The counselor and PBIS team will be hosting school wide assembly on 10/23. Before the assembly, students will be taking a self assessment on "How Kind Are You?" The purpose of this assessment is for students to gain self-awareness. Ask your child about the assessment. At the assembly we give strategies on how to be an upstander and how to make sure Bringhurst is a place where students feel like they belong.
Conversation Tips for parents: Please see flier from our counselor below.
